„Face the fear“ ist das zweite Album von In Strict Confidence und erschien im Original 1998 auf dem damaligen Kult-Electro-Label „Zoth Ommog“, auf dem auch Bands wie Front 242, Frontline Assembly und viele andere in den 90ern ihre Heimat hatten. Nach dem Debüt-Album „Cryogenix“ 2 Jahre zuvor, konnte auch „Face the fear“ überzeugen. Beinhaltete es doch Hits wie „Industrial Love“ oder „Hidden thoughts“, die auch heute noch in Clubs laufen und auf Konzerten die Fans begeistern. 
Nun, 25 Jahre nach Erstveröffentlichung, kommt das Album in neuem Design und mit Bonusmaterial als Jubiläums-Edition wieder auf den Markt.
